What we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password. When you subscribe, billing is handled by Stripe; we store a customer reference, not your card details. To send reminders we process the email address (and, if you enable it, phone number) you provide.
Your matter & deadline data
The matters, dates, and notes you enter are stored in your account so the Service can remind you. They are visible only to you. We do not use your matter data for any purpose other than running the Service, and we do not sell or share it with anyone. You can delete individual matters or deadlines from your dashboard at any time.
Cookies & usage
We use authentication tokens to keep you signed in and basic server logs to keep the Service running and secure. No third-party ad cookies.
Third parties
We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service: Stripe (payments) and our email/SMS delivery provider (reminders). We do not share data with advertisers.
Retention & deletion
Account data and stored matters are retained while your account is active. Delete individual items any time from your dashboard. To delete your entire account and its data, email us and we will remove it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. EU and California residents have the rights afforded under GDPR and CCPA respectively; contact us to exercise them.
